International Science Editing Supporting the Scientific Research Community in the Global Effort to Contain COVID–19
For nearly 30 years, International Science Editing (ISE) has striven to take care of authors by providing high quality editorial services and customer support. These enduring values guide us during these difficult times.
Our thoughts are with the people who have been affected by this unprecedented pandemic event and we appreciate the researchers, healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19.
It is important that scientific research continues to be published, and therefore, ISE are providing all services as usual to support the global research community. In this climate, we are focused on how the coronavirus is impacting our customers and have made some important updates to our business processes to provide greater flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic:
- At ISE, authors typically pay after the completed works have been received. As many administrative and financial systems are currently closed, authors may currently submit papers to ISE for editing, or other services, and pay later when their payment systems resume operations.
- ISE will edit COVID-19 research papers at no charge.
These are extraordinary times, and our absolute priority is to ensure our customers can continue to avail of our services to support their important research.
